Nepal is playing against Sri Lanka today

Nepal is playing their second match of the 13th edition of the SAFF Championship Football in Maldives on Monday.

Nepal will face Sri Lanka today at the National Football Stadium. The match between Nepal and Sri Lanka will start at 9:45 pm.

Nepal wants to beat Sri Lanka for the second consecutive victory. Nepali team captain and goalkeeper Kiran Chemjong has said that they will play for three points against Sri Lanka.

“We will play for three points against Sri Lanka. Even before the game against Maldives, it was said that we are Gorkhali. We will fight for 90 minutes to win, ‘said Captain Kiran.

However, it will not be easy for Nepal to win against a strong team Sri Lanka.

In the first match, Nepal defeated the previous winner and host Maldives by 1-0.

Sri Lanka is also planning to win for the first time. Sri Lanka was defeated in the first match. Sri Lanka was defeated by Bangladesh 1-0.

India and Bangladesh will compete in the first match on Monday. The match between India and Bangladesh will start at 4:45 pm.
