England defeated Republic of Ireland by 3-0

Harry Maguire, Jadon Sancho and Dominic Calvert-Lewin got on the scoresheet as the Three Lions warmed up for Nations League action in style.

England got 3-0 friendly win over the Republic of Ireland at Wembley.

Harry Maguire put England into the lead with a towering header for his second goal for his country from Harry Winks’ cross in 18th minute.

Jadon Sancho then netted his first international goal for more than a year by firing in a driven effort from the left in 31st minute.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin then scored a second-half penalty, which he dispatched into the top corner for a second England goal.

In other match, Wales and United States played goalless match.
