Real Madrid wrapped up the title in LaLiga with a game to spare thanks to a classy victory over Villarreal.

He seemed to have provoked the contact with Chakla but referee Alejandro Hernandez Hernandez did not change his mind after discussions with VAR Ramos tried to roll the spot-kick to Benzema. The Frenchman scored but he had ran into the area before Ramos had taken the kick.
From the retake he tucked the ball into the same corner. Vicente Iborra headed past Courtois to give Villarreal some hope of securing a draw. And the midfielder might have levelled late on but put the ball wide.
