Former Manager of Barcelona, Real Madrid & Atletico Madrid, Radomir Antic passed away

Former player and former manager of Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, Radomir Antic has passed away aged 71, due a long battle with illness.

The Serbian, whose managerial career spanned 27 years, died on Monday and his passing has drawn an outpouring of emotion across Spanish football, where his influence was greatest.

R. Antic is the only coach to have managed all three greats clubs: Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

R. Antic’s biggest success in management came at Atletico Madrid, with whom he won La Liga and the Copa del Rey in 1996.

Barcelona tributes to their former manager, “The Barça family mourns the loss of a man who was deeply beloved in the world of football. Rest in Peace.”
