Ruslan Three Star have reached the semi final of 18th Aaha Rara Cup here at Pokhara, despite going goal less first half team managed to make comfort win against Gangtok City FC.
On 16Th minute of first half Ananta Tamang’s beautiful header was blocked by opponent goal keeper. Gangtok could lead the score board on 43rd minute if Don Tsgering Lepcha’s free kick would have been netted. Bikram Lama was yellow carded for his tackle on 45Th minute.
Both the teams missed few chances on second half but deadlock was broken by TSC’s Sanjog Rai on 79Th minute and then it was Susan Shrestha who scored 2 goals in 90+2 and 90+3 minutes as it was enough for TSC to book their berth for the Semi Final.
On Tuesday Nepal Army will face against Sankata in the final quater final of tournament.
