Gautam Gambir & Saurav Ganguly helping to control COVID-19

Former Indian National cricketer and BJP MLA, Gautam Gambhir promised to contribute Rs. 50 lakhs for the treatment of Coronavirus (COVID-19) victims.

“In furtherance of the united effort to save our city and citizens from this pandemic, I would like to pledge Rs. 50 lakhs from my MPLAD fund for equipment that may be needed for Covid-19 treatment in state government hospitals,” Gambhir wrote in a letter to Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal.

Recently, Irfan Pathan revealed that he, along with his brother Yusuf Pathan would donate 4000 masks to the Vadodara health department. 

The BCCI president, Saurav Ganguly has also promised to help those who are severely affected by the 21-day lockdown due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The former Indian captain has promised to donate rice worth Rs. 50 lakh for the underprivileged.
